Like Doom Eternal, this game is heavy on violence and full of action everywhere you turn. The title has tons of ludicrous vehicle combat missions, loads of unique weapons to smite your enemies with, and many different biomes to explore as you work your way through the story. Your job is to create chaos any way you can as you seek to restore justice and freedom to the hellscape that you find yourself in. It takes place in a dystopian landscape that’s full of bloodthirsty gangs who want to rob you and monsters who want to kill you. Rage 2 puts you directly into the action from the moment you boot it up. But this game also has some really fun PvP modes that will scratch your competitive itch and keep you entertained even after you’ve finished the main storyline. The monsters in Gears 5 feel super similar to the ones that you encounter in Doom Eternal. This iteration of the franchise puts you in control of elite operative Kate Diaz, who must uncover her connection to the hated Swarm while also discovering the true danger of their resurgence. But if you’re looking for a Game Like Doom Eternal that combines intense, blood-soaked action with hellish landscapes, then it’s hard to do better than Gears 5. The Gears of War franchise has fallen off the map a bit as of late. The mix of over-the-top violence and humor make this a title that should appeal greatly to fans of Doom Eternal. The game stays true to the classic Postal humor and action but also introduces new guns, new ways of playing, and a 100% original storyline. It features a unique blend of old-school graphics with modern, fast-paced gameplay that takes you across a ton of interactive and unique landscapes.
